Michael is a qualified Accountant and an active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Kenya (ICPAK) for over 20yrs. He holds a MBA – Finance from University of Nairobi (UON). He has over 25yrs of professional experience in corporate accounting, finance, taxation, auditing & human resource management.  His experience spans various industries from manufacturing, logistics and bonded warehouse facilities.

Janet Munguti – HR practitioner.

Janet is an HR practitioner with over 15 years of experience in strategic and operational HR & People Operation.

A holder of Masters degree in Human Resource Management and a degree in Commerce; Finance option, Janet has experience in strategic leadership support, Culture & Change management, Talent Acquisition & management, Compensation & Benefits management, Employee engagement, Policy development, Performance management, Staff welfare & people management and general HR operations.
